A few years ago, I uploaded a few files from St. Louis' locally programmed Smooth Jazz station. It is the HD-3 of Emmis' KIHT (K-Hits), and was originally known as "The Verve." These days the station is called "Hip 96-3," and has been programmed by Jason Church since its start in 2010.
All of the Emmis HD subchannels in St. Louis are locally programmed, but none of these channels are streamed online, unfortunately. I had the opportunity to record "Hip 96-3" and post it online. There are nearly 15 hours of the station available for download. These have been divided into 14 files, encoded at 192 (variable bit rate)/44.1, and can be found here:

They can also be found at this page:

All of the KIHT HD-3 files I have recorded can be found at this link:

In my experience, Emmis' HD-3's suffer constant dropouts on the road, regardless of where one is located in the metro. That makes listening to these stations live on the road useless. These HD-3's are all mono and probably have a 24 kbps AAC+ style stream. Conversely, the Emmis HD-2 streams work well on the road. Our area has HD-3's that do not suffer frequent dropouts--KWMU's classical stream, and KEZK's rebroadcast of KMOX work well. Both are also 32 kbps stereo. I wonder if its a bandwidth issue.
