This caught my ear when I was driving to work this morning. Very loudly processed, running Bob & Tom. No station IDs or sweepers. Tuned back in around mid-morning and heard unedited Hip-Hop/Rhythmic CHR type songs. Plenty of F-bombs and N-words. When I was heading back toward FDL from Ripon around mid-afternoon, I checked back in and heard WZOR, so whether this is a pirate or a legit setup being tested, it is not running much power. WZOR did not get overtaken by it until I was maybe 2 miles from Highway 41. The song that was playing was so sexually explicit that I won't even hint at what the lyrical content was. Heading north on 41 a bit later, it was interference free until around North Fond du Lac. Razor did not take back over completely until around the Winnebago County line.

Sure smells like a pirate to me. Doing a search of any applications for a CP has turned up nothing.
 
UPDATE: It was still on the air this morning, but signal was not as strong. When I left FDL this evening, it was off.
 
I actually know the operator, HIPPA laws do not allow us to divulge client records.

It's actually medical research and there is no public records, it's actually R&D with Lockheed Martin
