30-CD set WLS Rarities & Chicago Hits

I see numerous references to this on 45cat.com. Is it something you can purchase or
is it just some kind of bootleg?
I've not heard of any "authorized" WLS vinyl albums or CDs other than Animal Stories collections, which were produced and sold--proceeds to charity I believe.

Sounds like something from the era where CD Burners became popular. It's a fascinating concept though. Sounds like something Randy Price or Len O'Kelly would be involved in.
