106 The Beat To Happen?

Early last year I saw a mention that iHeart was going to upgrade the 106.1 translator and put their 'Beat' format on it to complete with Z-107.9 ( fed by 96.5 HD-2). I saw a CP for the upgrade but nothing's happened. Anyone know if this is still to happen?
