The FCC approved its part of the bilateral coordination for 88.5 XHKT power upgrade in Tecate BCN. The 3kw ERP commercial outlet now will be highly directional to the southeast. (The FCC paperwork says horizontal polarization.)
The current ERP is 1kw and also there will be a slight increase RCAMSL along with a tower site change.
