(From the "Brattleboro Reformer")
Saturday, June 18, 2005 - WOOL FM is on the air (almost): Five years after their first meeting and four years after they first applied for an FCC license, the organizers of Bellows Falls' community radio station say that they will flip the switch next week.
The antenna is on the mountain and the transmittor is in place, said board member Nancy Stefanik. On Saturday, June 23, the station will elect new board members at its annual meeting, hold a barbecue and go live.
