I noticed the 990am Texas Talk Radio web site no longer comes up. I tuned in today(the first time in awhile)and the format is different.

I heard the former owner lost the station. Who owns it now?

990 & 700 were sold in a federal bankruptcy liquidation last fall to the primary lender. The results are currently being appealed by Dave Schum's company, "The Watch Ltd." and the station is just carrying a weak barter syndicated network while the litigation drags on.
