WCBM 680 transmitter site in 70's

I may have asked this before but I recall in the 70's WCBM had 3 towers in line ,somewhere not far off I-695 ,just west of the highway. It may have be in Reisterstown or near there.
I don't think this is the site WCBM uses today.
Does anyone know exactly where this site was ,the site I am talking about. What made WCBM move ? Was it land value or to improve coverage ?

It was on Painters Mill Road about a quarter-mile off Reisterstown Road in Owings Mills. In its latter years, the offices and studios were also there.

Now there is a car dealer where the building stood, and behind that is the nighttime site for 1370 AM. It was totally rebuilt. WCBM had 4 towers in line.

When did WCBM move to the new tx site?

Also, how long did WCBM carry Colts games? What was done with the rights thereto when the Colts moved to Indy?
