WCAO 600 done with IBOC?

I noticed today that WCAO 600 has its HD Radio signal off, simulcast still going on WQSR HD2. Heaven 600's digital audio was sounding pretty rough the last few months, used to be decent.

More than a month later still off. If this is it, that leaves WWFD as the last HD AM in Maryland.
WWFD is basically Xperi’s test bed for HD AM. It’s in their backyard and the engineer enjoys using it for experimentation. Hubbard makes plenty of money from WTOP, and they can afford to lose money with WWFD if it means they retain their engineer.
