W295BH moves south

W295BH has moved from their highly directional signal in Manatee county onto the same tower as W256DI, possibly into the same antenna.
WSRQ has largely given up on Manatee county to concentrate more on Sarasota county.

It is not in the same antenna but it is the same model of antenna only directional as a result of short-spacing from co-owned WSRQ-FM in Zolfo.

Jeff in Sa-ra-so-ta!

Can't they go omni-directional because the translator is really acting as an on-frequency booster?

No. The 40 dBu contour of the translator and the 60 dBu contour of the full-power station can't overlap each other, regardless of the programming being broadcast on both stations.
