Smooth Jazz Healthier than I thought

From reading all the posts here one might think the Smooth Jazz format was going down the drain. I found it in more markets than I expected and doing well.

San Francisco, Miami, Santa Rosa, Phoenix, Denver, Columbus, New York, Tampa, Indianapolis and Las Vagas. Just a few of the markets I checked there are probably more!

These things go in cycles lets hope for an up trend in 2007. The format still has legs!

One sign of the format's health is the fact that Greater Media picked up the format in Philadelphia after CC dropped it. This is the same owner that dropped SJ in Boston several years ago and flipped to Talk, so they must once again have faith in the format.

also smooth jazz is back in fresno I know it not that big a market however if its back on a smaller market the future looks promising
