Round of layoffs at Audacy

Of course, David Allan Boucher retired from Audacy-owned WMJX-106.7 earlier this summer.

Had he not retired, he might have become a victim of the current layoffs.

Has anyone heard whether there have been any layoffs of on-air staff at Audacy's Boston stations, and if so, who was let go?

Saw where Audacy did complete on air talent cuts to their sports stations in Las Vegas and Milwaukee. Switch them both to all day CBS Sports Radio. Interesting if that could happen to the Game 95.7 KGMZ here in San Francisco where they have low ratings with local on air talents and the only thing that keeps the station relevant is with the Golden State Warriors...

Could be the fate of Weei if ratings keep falling.
