Hell yeh!!!!!!!!! Were you a Yellow Room regular poster?? I was "SRF" (my intials haha).

I have the first two hours of FM 101.9 including the switch from K-Lite and Bill Ward's introduction of the station. Dennis Constantine was the DJ the first night Friday night July 1, 1994 4th of July weekend. I had a lot of airchecks of them during their last few months including much of their last two or three days. BUT I wish I had made some back when they were REALLLLY great.... Before they modified their playlist and also went to the 10-Song-Set. They just lost the edge of the first 2 1/2 years. I also have their yearend countdown shows of 1995 and 1996 (somewhere.....)

Thanks for the response and I WILL check out your website.

PS KMPC-FM/The Edge 101.9 1987-1989 was also a GREAT station.

YES....I MISS THE YELLOW ROOM. BTW- Here's my tribute to KSCA I wrote for in BAM Mag in 1997 http://www.socalspinner.com/personal_02.html

I certainly remember that website! It was back in 1994, and that was one of the very first radio websites on the net. I built it with Zack Zalon, who was then the second in command at The Troubadour. He and I used to sit in the back office and put the site together. Zack is now the President of Virgin Online!

The good old days...

I've actually resurrected some of the old Music Hall interviews and performances on my podcast at www.RadioOrNot.com.

Thanks, Nicole. I enjoy your site very much. I'm glad to see this - a lot of wonderful memories for all 101.9 fans like us. Peace - JG
