We get confirmation of the death of R. Dean Taylor, who passed away at the age of 82 on January 7. His big hit was "Indiana Wants Me", minor hits with "Candy Apple where the distraught character takes his life, and "Gotta See Jane". As a songwriter, he wrote "All I Need" for the Temptations", and "Love Child" for Diana Ross and the Supremes.
