Plumber finds hidden checks inside the wall of Joel Osteen's Lakewood Church

For those unaware, "Lakewood Church" is actually the former Compaq Center, which was the arena once used by the Houston Rockets of the NBA. It can seat about 17,000 for a church service so not a small "church" by any means - It's actually a huge, former NBA basketball facility. It's an interesting note to keep in mind when reading about a plumber doing maintenance on a toilet at a church. This isn't a facility that only seats a few hundred and has 1 set of restrooms with a few stalls, for instance.

Inside job? Someone at the church stashing the money in a wall, then claiming a burglary to the cops and insurance company? Further investigation is needed.
