Last evening(Saturday), I was in my car near Hartsfield Airport and was listening to Dave FM, but the RDS display which would normally display the correct information for Dave FM, had something about a hi-lo contest for Gator 106.9.

Did anyone else have any strange things happen to their RDS last evening or was this something that could have been meterogically occuring?
______________

Yes, It is happening now, well at least a few hours ago. The display was alternating between several stations, an oldies @ 98.3, Gator 106.9, and others that I cant remember. Strange.....

Those are both stations from the Savannah market and broadcast from Hilton Head. Both owned by Adventure radio and other stations in their cluster are Rock 106.1, Wave 104.9, 107.9 WLOW, 103.1 The Drive and ESPN 1130.

I am guessing the high humidity perhaps, but would Infinity's RDS be that close to those of Adventure Radio's?
______________

It's been happening all weekend - not sure how that can occur or if DAVE is just testing their RDS for displaying song titles, because that haven't up to this point. But if they WERE testing why would you display OTHER stations RDS messages - very confusing.
