Olympic coverage in PR

Since WIPR-TV Canal 6 (PR-TV) has the rights to the local Olympic coverage in Puerto Rico. Can people in PR still watch WNBC, CNBC, MSNBC, NBC sports, and Bravo for Olympic coverage or these channels blackout during the coverage? I know in Canada MSNBC and CNBC are blackout during the olympic coverage.

I checked several of the cable companies, and all are offering the NBC, MSNBC, CNBC, NBC Sports and Bravo coverage. Of course, the local coverage from WIPR will be carried, since PR has its own Olympic team.
