New subchannels on WJKT Jackson and WATN Mmphis

I recently found out that WJKT Fox 16 in Jackson added 3 subchannels: Escape on 16.2, Laff on 16.3, and Grit on 16.4. This is a total surprise because of Nexstar's mostly do nothing attitude toward subchannels in the past. I think this will probably make them less likely to take Me TV away from WBBJ like I had hoped would happen in the past.

I've also heard that WATN ABC 24 in Memphis has added Escape and Laff. Are other Nexstar finally adding subchannels as well?

Nexstar signed a deal with Katz networks earlier this year to carry Escape, Bounce, Laff and Grit on their stations.

This was done in about 50 markets and happened between mid August and September 1
