More Classic Country for the Grand Strand

I've tried Hank and it's not really my kind of classic country.

And if Nash Icon is anything like WESC, it's a lot of repetition and too many of the contemporary sounding songs that happen to be old.

WVCO is the only station doing anything close to good older music.

It's surprising they went that route with the other two stations playing classic country. But I will say Hank 105.5 isn't that strong into the south such as Surfside and Murrells Inlet. And now that leaves Gator 107.9 as the only mainstream country station on the Grand Strand. We'll have to see how both 106.5 and 105.5 do as I don't see them all sticking with the classic country format.

Oh, for some reason I thought they switched back to Carolina Country.
They should, because ... oh, wait, not they shouldn't.

They should do what 93.9 is doing (so the same music can be heard everywhere), for which there is currently no need. Oldies is a bigger need. And Georgetown has oldies on 1470/101.1.

need vs sellability are two different things, and you dont seem to quite understand just because theres a need, doesnt mean it should or can be filled

Hank has a tinny sound that makes the country sound even more classic.. AM on FM?
