Melinda duckett family sues CNN, Nancy Grace

I hope the parents win because Nancy Grace did cause Melinda to go over the edge . She took advantage of a fragile woman who had some problems, who was looking for her son and as a result, Duckett killed herself. This was not a interview, it was a Grace basing. I hope someone recorded that interview with Melinda Duckett and I hope someone will post it on you tube so that everyone can see what happened. I'm calling for AOL Time-Warner to fire Grace from the 2 shows she does, Closing arguments and Nancy Grace. What concerns me more is that everyone assumed that the child is dead and that the mother killed the child, and no one is/was looking for the child. Nancy Grace always assumes that the defendant is guilty and I suppose that's why she's on TV and not, that god, in a courtroom.

For the record, Josh Duckett (child's father) is supporting Nancy Grace. I do also. Of course Nancy is tough, she's got the prosecuter instinct. This whole thing is a grey area, it's not all black or white. Was Nancy grililng her? Of course she was. Was she wrong in doing so? No. She was getting aggravated at the woman saying "Why can't you say where you were or what you were doing at the time child disappeared?" And as Nancy said, this information could help find the child. Melinda Duckett was being evasive and she shouldn't have been.

I'm not a Nancy Grace flag waver, but she is not to blame here.

I'm taking Nancy's side here. It's her job to ask the questions. And Melinda Duckett ducking those questions clearly admits guilt.
