Mark Strong back on Toronto radio

Recently 98.7 dropped their morning show.
They are now on 106.5 FM Toronto.
106.5 is supposed to be Aboriginal or Indigenous radio.
It will be interesting to see how Mark & Jem pull this one off, not being able to
do a Flow 93five style format in the morning,
or if they do, they'll have to somehow add
creative content to pass it off as Aboriginal or Indigenous.

Is it possible to maintain their obligation to air 25% of indigenous or aboriginal content without setting any specific parameters for the morning show?
Yes, if it's a weekly obligation, and not a specific hourly obligation. It just potentially means playing 2 out of 4 songs in dayparts that are indigenous instead of 1 out of every 4 songs...something like that.
(or maybe even doing a full hour of "specialty programming" with several back to back, helping to fill their "specialty" obligations.)

That was a short life. They are now gone from the station along with a lot of the staff.
The station only brings in a point one share, so maybe change is due?
Only two on air personalities in Toronto remain.
Cody Coyote and Julian Taylor.
What that says for the future of the station is unclear at this time.
