Low Powered Stations on Comcast/Fios

I know Comcast and Fios both carry WZBN 25 on the Mercer County (Trenton/Princeton) lineups.

I recently started to receive WPSJ-LD 8 over-the-air, or atleast I recently noticed that I'm receiving it now. Any chance now that WPSJ is transmitting a solid signal, it can get on Fios or Comcast like WZBN, for Camden County?
