Does anyone know whether stations are still required to maintain a "local presence" in their city of license, things such as telephone number, street address, public file, etc?

The "main studio" must be located within their citygrade contour (signal) or within the citygrade of another station that's got the same city of license. The public file must be available during regular business hours at that location. I believe there must be at least two employees of the station also, even if it's an LMA, etc. I also think the station's audio, etc. must be controllable from the main studio location. The station must comply with the EAS program for their city of license service area.
