We've been doing it. You have to do more than just be a "Net only" station if you expect any results, otherwise, most of your questions will be: "Are you new?" lol..

And you should also have a friendly and committed promotions team if you expect to pull off a good appearance.<P ID="signature">______________

You need a top-level domain before you can market anything, especially a concert or CD release party.

Hi, Might I open this back up for some clarification? I am an owner of a "NET ONLY" radio station and we are preparing to do the same thing by getting out and doing onsite interaction at local festivities. If you are a Net Only station, then how do you "do more than that"?

I know, myself, I own a net station because I do not have funds to own an AM/FM or other type of station. So is the downside pretty much the fact that people will not recognize you? If so, then maybe the idea is to get out and do more and more so you start getting more recognition, just my two cents...

Great topic, BTW and should be expanded on with the amount of new NET stations out there.
