First USF and Classical Public Radio Network responded to the FCC's inquiry letter, with perhaps some omissions and contradictory information about the station's current operation (as the branded KDFC):

And now attorneys for the "Friends of KUSF" group have filed with the FCC for an oral evidentiary hearing, obviously feeling that they have found technicalities that could void USF's sale to CPRN:
