KOER-LP Goes Silent

That’s sad. Last time I checked out that station it was dead air on January 25th

I’ve come across dead air on KOER numerous times in the past month or two. Also occasionally poor audio quality, though they sounded fine the last time I heard them on the air a week or so ago.
