Kissing Jessica Stein

Okay, it's not a recent movie, but the music is great and the target audience is hardly likely to be old people.

It didn't get the attention "When Harry Met Sally" did, but movies like this surely get younger people interested in this music.

Amen to that....also the movies "Swing Kids" and to some extent "The Mask", helped. About 13 years ago the song "zoot suit riot" and subsequent artists created a resurgence of swing dancing and appreciatioin of the big band Era...thou today most swing dances are not main-stream, they exist across the country, almost underground, at Coummunity centers and fraternal clubs. No less than maybe 50 or so groups similar to Cherry poppin' Daddies sprouted with CD's , and Brian Setzer still tours world wide today with this format.....
