KEBE/KTLU Sign-Off Ahead Of Sale

"Chisolm Trail Communications sells Silent 1400 KEBE/104.7 K284CT Jacksonville and 1580 KTLU/103.9 K280CL Rusk TX to Dick Witkovski’s North Texas Radio Group for $125,000 minus the $11,000 owed to the buyer by previous owner Paul Coates. The deal includes the tower site for KEBE. The stations ceased broadcasting in July ahead of a pending deal."

It comes with the tower?! Is it really cheaper to own several radio stations in East Texas than it is to own ONE home? That's just mind blowing!
