This "Satalator" (as opposed to fill-in translator) is going to get busted up along with KCFL pretty soon. Enjoy it while it lasts. I give you guys 5 months and then the Funky Monkey will light up like a Roman Candle on 104.5 and smoke you guys out, giving you a 60 dbu in Fall City of about 2 kilometers, enough signal to drive to the Safeway and back.
