A friend of mine at Now said she just heard Dillon was let go and that huge nationwide cuts are coming at the end of the month. The second part is supposed to be a big secret but that everyone was talking about it at lunch

I was just a kid, born in the late 70s, but I remember my dad listening to the Zoo back then. I could sit here and look st this site all day.
 
Jerry Del Colliano's latest blog entry says the Clear Channel's layoffs have begun and the slaughter should be complete by July 26. A total of 624 people.

Well, he's eligible for Social Security now. He'll be fine.
 
By my calculations he should be my age 62, or 63. He was going to Elkins at the same time as I was, different classes, I remember him driving a red VW with a "KFAD-FM 94.9" sticker on the back. He was working at KFAD at the time. This would be summer-fall 1970... anyway hope he's doing fine and well! I haven't seen him since early '70s KRLD-FM days.
