Is there a new home for WRNR?

We know that WYRE 810 is simulcasting WRNR, but is there a new FM home possible for WRNR? It all comes down to money, obviously. But I think there has been sufficient outcry from fans who remain stunned that the godsquad bought out WRNR 103.1, so perhaps it is possible for those who remain at WRNR to start fundraising to buy a frequency in the area to get back on air.

I was thinking that W248AO 97.5 could be a candidate for WRNR, as well as W232CL 94.3.

In all honesty, these are all pipe dreams more than likely, but it's fun to pretend anyway.

Both the translators are "seriously" part of those respective broadcasters' strategic coverage plans..

There are no frequencies in the area and with the translator-move "current overlap" rules it is difficult to move a translator into the Baltimore or Annapolis markets.

The Baltimore Brew summed it up..

"Radio is dead in Annapolis. Was anyone listening, anyway?"
