Did college radio (WSBF FM Clemson) then community radio (WFHB Firehouse broadcasting Bloomington IN) then for many years, nothing (got my Ham license a couple years back). Now interested in LPFM with perhaps an educational component (get those kids on the air!) in my community, although who knows when the opportunity will open up again. Anyhow nice to be here.

Welcome, are you doing anything with your ham license?
No! There's a repeater near me, but never any activity! It kind of bums me out. Always open to ideas or suggestions.
Some years back I was loosely affiliated w/ a fun group of hams who'd send weather balloons up w/ all kinds of radio equipment. I'd be on the 'chase team'. Lots of fun and we got good pictures that would debunk flat-earther's beliefs, at least if it were about beliefs and not about them having a fun social group.
