Great Italian Station

I can't tell if this is an over the air station or internet only based out of Italy, maybe someone here will know. It's radiofd4 (rai4 filomusic). The variety on this station amazes me. Their main genre seems to be classic alternative but they branch off from there. I can't believe there is a station that plays Clash-Guns Of Brixton and Spinners-Could It Be I'm Falling In Love...on the same station!!! They also play some Italian music. Huge variety yet it all blends well together.

It is kind-of over-the-air. It's broadcast in Italy on cable systems and over-the-air via DAB (the european digital radio system) - but DAB isn't all that popular in Italy, so in practice it's a cable/internet station.

RAI FD4 is I think inspired by (but still very different to) Radio France's legendary FIP, which is available on FM in a few of the larger French cities.
