Gray buying KHNL, to become a satellite of KSNB

Its right now pending but here is the app for conosent
https://licensing.fcc.gov/cgi-bin/w...xt=25&appn=101785907&formid=314&fac_num=48003

And the satellite waiver is a good read. It explains the complexity (and goofiness) of the Lincoln & Hastings-Kearney market
https://licensing.fcc.gov/cdbs/CDBS...?appn=101785907&qnum=5170&copynum=1&exhcnum=1

By combining the two then they can have coverage like the other stations in the market. They also mention adding CW to the stations (they just added Ion recently). Also looks like KNHL was looking to sell for a couple years.
