I doubt the poor have the financial means to buy an HD radio, or the patience to search for one in the dwindling marketplace of HD radio manufacturers. They will continue to listen to the free stuff - corporate focus group approved generic formats, foreign language brokered, or what other slop broadcasters condescend to provide.
