I am sure we all have seen the drone video taken of the climber changing the beacon lamps on this tower. If you haven't seen the video, the tag line is that the climber, Kevin Schmidt, gets $20K each time he climbs.
The tower in the video was the KDLT-TV tower near Salem, SD.
I became aware that the tower had collapsed during a storm in May, 2022, and on a lark, I was looking at the Google Earth view for that tower site and the current view of September, 2022, shows all the tower steel still laid out on the ground where it fell.
