I came across about an audio stream called "EnVivoFM" with the slogan "La Que Manda", etc. It seems to play a mix of norteña, band, rock, etc.

Some PSAs, and pre-recorded announcements but I cannot find anything on the Internet about it. It could be US or Mexican.

The streaming site is used by both US and Latin American broadcasters - on a variery of different TCP/UDP ports.

Any ideas?
