You can't kill those threads...ok, I understand...but, can we just keep these?

Please?

Look, Wired (his new station) called Chico the rocket a "no talent ass clown" (exhibit a), not me, and Justice, the internet tough guy (which I am still shocked that he is a he and not a she) calls himself a "morning tool" (exhibit d)...I am not calling anyone names here...um, well, ok, I am making the association of Lassie with Justice cause he needs to go save Timmy from the new station (exhibit b) and maybe get some coffee and danish while he is at it...but that's all!

And it's all in good fun, right Justice? Come on pal, I'm not getting to you enough to complain to the board moderators, am I?

Sheeeesssshhhh.

EDIT: So I was going to click on the first link just to see what's what and the "no talent ass clown" part is gone? See Justice, I am a helper! I am on your side!
Edited by Wexler on 02/20/06 12:26 AM.

Whether or not Chio is an assclown is, to me, second to the Kafkaesque bizarre-o-thon that Wired seems to have become. He'll come in, Beasley will hail him as second only to Jesus, the relationship will sour in the next six months or so and we'll all have a big I told you so chuckle when they boot his alleged clownass out onto Cityline Avenue.

I liked his stuff at The Q. Too bad he seems to have grabbed the faux gold ring at Wired just so he can feed his offspring. In his defense, Chio is only the latest to grab his ankles for that reason.

We all got to keep the younguns in Pampers and under a roof.

Re: DUDE!!! It's still there and this is getting pathetic.

Ironies of all ironies...Q102 is already telling people that Wired has called their "new" morining show host a "no talent clown"...I honestly feel bad for Chio - for two reasons; first, he is getting involved in this mess at Wired, and second, he has Lassie as his producer.

Man, this is Philadelphia radio at it's finest!

Re: Oh boy, too late...

From the man: (today's Inquirer)

"Perhaps Wired (WRDW-FM, 96.5) might want to rethink a poll on its Web site that pokes fun at rival Q102 (WIOQ-FM, 102.1). It's headlined "Kinko's 102 Proudly Presents: Death Pool 2004," and it asks, "Which no-talent ass clown is next to be fired?" The choices include "The Weak Show" and "Chico" - clearly alluding to Q102's former nighttime "Freak Show" and its former morning man, Chio. But, ummm: That's the same Chio that Wired just hired to host mornings, starting in mid-March. The poll was still up yesterday at www.wired965.com/death.php."

YOOWWWWWWCCCCHHHHH.

I think this calls for another appropriate song:

Karma Police (Michael Klein)
Karma police (Michael Klein)
arrest this man,
he talks in maths,
he buzzes like a fridge,
he's like a detuned radio.

Karma police
arrest this girl,
her Hitler hairdo
is making me feel ill
and we have crashed her party.

This is what you get,
this is what you get,
this is what you get,
when you mess with us.

Karma police
I've given all I can,
it's not enough,
I've given all I can
but we're still on the payroll.

This is what you get,
this is what you get,
this is what you get,
when you mess with us.

For a minute there
I lost myself, I lost myself.
Phew, for a minute there,
I lost myself, I lost myself.

For a minute there
I lost myself, I lost myself.
Phew, for a minute there,
I lost myself, I lost myself.

Re: Oh boy, too late...

Wow, I never thought I would start all this hooplah by posting that link. I just happened to have it bookmarked still from when they had it featured predominantly on their site back in late '04. Too funny.

That would be fun
