Dick Biondi dies at 90

We had the pleasure of listening to Dick Biondi here in SoCal on 1110 KRLA for a few years in the mid 60s...Great DJ...may he rest in peace.

If there is a heaven...Dick Biondi, and Art Laboe, along with many other greats are now on one fabulous radio station !
 
I remember Dick at 50,000 watt -1520 WKBW in Buffalo in the early 60's, use to listen to him at night in New Jersey on THE BIG KB

I believe Sam Holman who hired Biondi at WLS heard him on KB and wanted him in Chicago.
 
What a legend. We had dinner one night and he shared his love of broadcasting, how he always thought of his audience and what mattered most. He gave to so many people and his legacy will endure.
