I mentioned this in the Pillar acquisition thread - doing a dial scan including HD channels. So, buckle up, make one last stop at Quebec Street Liquors to commemorate Max Media, and take it away....

Criteria:
1) Signal has to be at least strong enough to read RDS, and/or
2) Must be an in-market station or one with intent to cover all or part of the market.

Caveat:
My location is in east Denver. This is about where many of the translators on Lookout Mountain start running out of gas.
