Dead air on The Bone... stunting or technical difficulties?

Last Friday afternoon around 4:30pm The Bone went silent for about a half hour, then returned with bad audio, and long gaps between each song as if they were being played manually... they missed their 5PM legal... so I'm inclined to believe their STL just went dead... anyone have the scoop?
 
I heard the idiot running the board got to close to the equipment with a cattle prod.
 
According to Yes.com, there were only six songs played in the 3 PM hour, too...
