CW in Hawaii

With 12 Commerical TV station license to Oahu area. (KHON 2, KITV 4, KFVE 5, KGMB 9, KHNL 13, KWHE 14, KIKU 20, KAAH 26, KBFD 32, KKAI 50, KUPU 56, KPXO 66). Why there isn't TV station that will carry CW on a full-power tv station? I know CW is on KHON DT-2 (FOX Subchannel), and Cable 16. Can Honolulu support another non-religious/non-ethnic commerical station?
 
I often wonder the same thing. I especially don't get how the market can withstand so many full-power religious stations. It's not like Hawaii is any more religious than any other state. Why hasn't someone bought one of these stations and made an attempt to flip it to the CW?
