Country nearby

For those of you who miss country music on FM radio and are near Morris and Sussex counties WHCY FM 106.3 flipped from Pop to Country as 106.3 the Bear.

Closer to New York, WDBY 105.5 The Wolf recently became receivable in larger sections of Fairfield County CT and Westchester County NY, because a translator on 105.5 in Stamford CT went silent. WGCH 1490 AM in Greenwich CT had been leasing it, but apparently decided it wasn't worth the expense.

is wcto listenable in parts of western manhattan and is wxtu receivable in lower staten island.
WCTO is based in Easton over 50 miles from NYC om 99.9 FM WEZN in CT is on 99.9 that is impossible. XTU is on first adjacent 92.5 also there is a 92.5 North in CT which is also Country so it is impossible.

WXTU certainly can be heard in Staten Island. But Thunder 106 would have a stronger signal.
About 20 years ago, some people on Long Island listened to Cat Country 107.3 out of Atlantic City because frequent tropo would bring the signal there in the summer, plus Atlantic City is a popular vacation destination.

WCTO is on 96.1, WODE is on 99.9.....
