Hey there, I'm an Irish jock and have just launched a syndicated American Country Top 20.
Anyone got advice on best way to promote in the US?

It's currently free and running on five stations through 'word of mouth'.

Good ol' telemarketing. Pick up the phone and start callin' PDs. E-mail them your demo, etc.
 
You could buy some ads on allaccess.com, big radio industry site and all syndicators advertise there
