Cordell and Cordell

If the individual lawyers have passed the WA bar exam, yes, quite true. Not sure how many Boise Cordell & Cordell lawyers would bother, being that Boise is six hours from the nearest populated area in WA. One would think the firm would open an office in WA somewhere instead.
Legal paperwork is all done electronically now. No need to visit some law office.
Provided they have lawyers on staff qualified to practice law in Washington State, Idaho, or Kansas, all those states are in play.

For a divorce proceeding a court has to have jurisdiction over the divorcing couple, which in WA means a WA Superior Court. Idaho courts do not have jurisdiction over a couple who are WA residents, only WA courts have jurisdiction over WA couples.

Since the pandemic, a lot of court proceedings are still done via Zoom, but for a divorce to be processed in WA there has to be an appearance in a WA court -- whether in person or via Zoom.

Attorneys from other states can practice law in WA if they have passed the WA bar exam, that is true.

I still think a large firm like Cordell & Cordell would open an office in WA, being that WA has maybe 4 or 5 times the population of Idaho. Maybe they are planning on such a move.
