Coke Zero

Tab Cola with "less than" 1 Calorie. So is that Zero?

What was the Deal on Tab. Someone posted a PIC of Tab here once, to point out Tab was made in many flavors, and different concoctions, and different potencies! Example Tab Clear, Tab Black Cherry, Tab Root Beer, Tab Calcium Tab Orange...

Also included on this link is an 80's Radio Commercial for Tab!

Why there was even a Tab Telephone!

I bet you still had to pay the "Trip Charge" for an experienced CWA Installer to wire the RJ-11 for you :)

No, I know enough SBC techs who will do it on the weekend for a six-pack.

They may very well be. At one point, Coke was to Mr. Pibb as Dr. Pepper was to Pepsi, in respect to deals with restraunts, and what they serve, but I'm not sure if it's still the case today. (ie a place that served pepsi served Dr. Pepper, while the place that served coke served Mr. Pibb.)

In many markets, Dr Pepper is handled through 7Up now that Pepsi stopped bottling 7Up products in most markets. The Pepsi plant in Munster Indiana is suppose to phase out production of Dr Pepper and concentrate just on their products. 7Up shouldn't have closed their Merrillville Indiana plant in the early 80's, because 7Up can't keep up with demand in the Chicagoland area with any of their products.

If you are going to drink pop just drink the regular stuff in smaller quantities. Coke comes in this little short can or a small glass bottle (6 or 8 ounces I beleive). Easy way to cut your calories in half and enjoy a coke and a smile.

Glass is the preferred container because it will not react with the pop the way plastic or aluminum will. Coke always tastes better this way. Drink it directly from the bottle or in a chilled glass- never diluted with ice.

BTW- They reformulate Coke for passover in some areas (they use sugar instead of corn syrup I think). Does it taste different?
