Arizona Family Technical Difficulties

Monday 11/20/23 starting at 4:30AM, instead of the news, KTVK and KPHO played different infomercials. This continued into the 5AM segment. 5:30 also had infomercials but has a scroll saying the channels are experiencing technical difficulties. Going to my next option: ABC15
 
Newscast automation system probably crashed. Stations are unable to produce news the old fashioned way as that equipment no longer exists at the station, and even if it did, the people who would be able to operate it were laid off years ago.

Automation works great, except when it doesn’t.
