Anybody from Portland, Oregon?

I have a question about KORS-CA, an LPTV station licensed to Salem on ch-36, but operating on ch-16 in the Portland area per STA

Are they analog or digital? I'd read a claim that Bohemia Visual Music was running on KORS DT 16.2, but their application is confusing as to whether they're operating analog or digital. I'm also trying to verify whether or not they actually run BVM programming.

I got the answer on whether or not they're digital (they are) but was still trying to get independent confirmation that Bohemia Visual Music is on 16.2.
