Antenna TV and Rewind TV in Boston

Will Antenna TV and Rewind TV reappear in Boston again? Seems like these networks area available in smaller markets like Providence but not reliably in the Boston area.

Nexstar Broadcasting owns WPRI, Providence, and carries Antenna TV and Rewind TV on two of the WPRI subchannels, so they have a particular advantage being aired there.

In Boston it seems to depend upon the many, often-changing, financial deals between the group owners. WVCC-LD was purchased relatively recently by Bridge News, owner of NewsNet, and has made some signal improvements. Perhaps Antenna TV could return there at some point? Also there is the planned transmitter mover by WMFP / WWDP from ch 10 in southeast MA to ch 36 in Needham, which could eventually result in some subchannel shuffling.

WCVB has added Nosey TV as ch 5-4. It is 24x7 reruns of talk shows such as Jerry Springer

How sad that WCVB would pick up a trashy station like that. Ordered by their corporate overlords at Hearst, no doubt.
Trashy is a kind way to put it. Reruns of what are already the worst programs on any channel. Probably will be filled with ads for amazing medical cures, too.

I assume the criteria was met: the check cleared.

No one's making you all watch it, there are tons of other channels available. I love watching Nosey. I just wish they had rights to other old talk shows like Gordon Elliott, Jenny Jones, Sally Jessy Raphael, etc.
