An educational radio drama

I have run across 16" Electrical Transcription discs with some shows on them that I haven't found information about. One of them is "Liberty Road", which was a CBS radio production. At the very end of the show an announcer says ... "This is CBS, the Columbia Broadcasting System".
One episode is the very last one which is an interesting half-hour radio play/drama from 1945 about a small town dealing with racism, bigotry and discrimination. The show, based on real events, deals with, among other prejudices, an Italian boy being called a name, prejudices against Catholics, and as the show termed it, "negroes" being allowed access to the community hospital after years of not being able to get in. Then at the end of the show, they had a statement from one of the real townspeople who the drama was based on, talking about how the community overcame their prejudices and how they were all better for it. Anybody familiar with the series? Sounds like something that might be played on a Sunday or Saturday afternoon.
